We're painting the town blue this Canada Day
The colour scheme for July 1 festivities on Parliament Hill this year sure is interesting.
It would appear that the stage and media booth are both blue. Maybe it's always been like this... or maybe not.

It was like this last year under Boss Harp and the year before under Prime Minister Paul.
I must say, the worst looking thing last year wasn't the blue backdrop, rather Harper's brownish (??) type suit in the blazing 32 degree heat.
It's surprising the NCC didn't fine him for not scooping the poop.
